Kevin, im an electrician and I change these all the time. They r very simple 2 change out. If u need any help at all dont hesitate 2 ask. Have you checked the bulb connections? Every once in a while 4 of mine won't light. Well looks like a have a bad ballast on my 6x39 ATI sunpower, woke up this morning and bulbs 4 and 6 wont work. Very disappointing, esspecially since these fixtures are considered top of the line and its only been up and running for a month. Anyways, a new ballast is on its way from reefgeek, has anyone ever changed one of these out before?  Is it difficult?
