Just so you guys know, these checkers don't work. Hanna is having major issues with them being inaccurate.

Yeah, getting a doser dialed in takes a lot of daily (even multiple times daily) testing to get it right, but it sure makes up for it once you get it set...then just weekly or so.
 
However, with the Hanna, because you have to use a reagent pack each time, it still costs money for each test ($0.40 per test at $10 per 25 reagent packs).  But it will sure be a lot less clutter and hopefully a lot more reliable.  You can buy a reference vial (one time purchase) to pop in and calibrate.

I'm a whore and I know it...I just ordered this and their phosphate meter yesterday morning.  Have been eyeing their $275 phosphate meter for over a year and whenI saw the pocket version, I was clicking my mouse almost instantly.
 
They just shipped my phosphate version, but the ALKs are still a few weeks out as they're doing some quality control testing on their batch order right now (according to Hanna).
