Same here.
 
I'm cheap so I filter the vinegar and reuse it for the next cleaning.
 
But I do rince and soak everything in fresh water for a day to get the stuff out.

I use straight vinegar. It works twice as fast. A vinegar bath (50 /50 water and white vinegar) will lossen up and dissolve coralline deposits pronto
 
Make suer you rinse thoroughly with fresh water after you are done
