It's been out more the last 2 days but still is doing some jerky neurotic behavior. The green stuff is the dreaded green hair algae. I have been combating that for awhile and I thought it was all gone so I gave my sea hare to my father in law but now it's coming back.
I have been told that doing RO water changes is good to get rid of the green hair algae. I know that the blue tang was eating the algae because of her poops. I will look into the garlic treatment. My blue tang has had some ich before and I have been able to get rid of it.
