+1 on the Momentive RTV103 best stuff you can buy for a tank. Grainger's sells rtv103(black) its what the pros use and its a adhesive sealant that is food grade safe, ie fish safe. Make sure and get 100 percent silicone... not a mix or a caulk.. silicone remains pliable when caulk doesn't... Does anyone know anything about GE II for a premium silicone, not GE I that's is standard silicone? Make sure it is not kitchen and bathroom silcone.

Regular old Silicone I is the way to go.
