Hi,

IMO you want to feed your fuge the "dirtiest" water possible, it helps feed the pods's and macro's.  HTH

One of the benefits of a refugium is that pods grow unhindered that then help feed fish in your main tank. IS there realy any benefit from running your return first into a refugthen into the sump. Or is it better to do it the other way around.
