This is a complete set up, which is up and running. I have just lost interest at this point so it’stime to move it on to a new home. This is a very nice set up that includeshigher end equipment. Tank is an open top rimless design (with NO scratches),with black silicone that is 80 gallons in volume. It’s an all in one design, with dual overflows, dual return pumps with 4 return nozzles, two of which arespin streams. One side of the overflow has a filter sock and the other has anaftermarket media tray. Lights are (2) Aqua Illumination Hydra 26HD’s with AquaIllumination EXT light mounts. In the back of the tank there is a digitaltitanium heater, an Innovative Marine full-size all in one media reactor (thatyou can run any type of filter media you would like.) The skimmer is a TunzeComline 9012DC Skimmer with bubble controller (Newest one out there, it’s asweet skimmer), a Bubble Magnus BM-T01 three bank dosing pump, InnovativeMarine Hydrofill auto top off kit with a custom acrylic 5 gallon watercontainer. Stand is Innovative Marine SR80 40” tall (awesome for viewing)black, three door with shelves inside that is built very well (NO waterdamage). Tank is up and running with LOTS of corals, like a huge wellsophyllia(brain coral, probably $250-$300 in the store), Frogspawn, Hammer, 10 headDuncan, 12-15 different species of big colony zooanthads, a plate coral, nicemushroom colony, candy cane corals, cabbage coral, plus many more. Fish Includea beautiful huge Blue Hippo Tang (that I've had in three tanks, a MajesticFoxface and a mature pair of Wyoming white clown fish that I have had sincethey were about 3/4" long. Misc crabs, snails (small, med and large), twoemerald crabs, some peppermint shrimps and probably more things in there too. Iwill also throw in all the misc stuff acquired that you could be used with atank, old equipment, water jugs, scrubbers, scrapers, nets, salt and I knowthere is a lot of stuff or things I am missing. Tank is just over two years old, lights are about 12 months old, skimmer and media reactor are a couple monthsold and everything is in great working condition. I pull the tank pumpsregularly and clean them as a well as the Eco Tech pumps. Tank is servicedevery two weeks by OCD Reefs and I’m sure they could be hired to move the tankfor you. I’m asking $1,500.00 for the full set up as it sits with EVERYTHING onit, in it and that I have tank related. Here is a list of the importantequipment I have that comes with the tank and the cost.

Equipment and cost new:

SR80 tank and stand: $1,745.00

Aqua Illumination Hydra 26HD lights (2):$349.00 each

Aqua Illumination EXT light mount kit: Total$170.96

Bubble Magnus dosing pump: $269.99

Eco Tech MP10 propeller pumps (2): $200.00each

Tunze 9012DC (google it, price is $373.55,less than three months old)

Innovative Marine full-size media reactor$199.99

Innovative Marine Hydrofill auto top off kit:$163.00

5 gallon black acrylic water container (customordered) $105.00

Plus lots of aquarium misc stuff I will throwin as well

CALL OR TEXT 801-336-6401

NOT INTERESTED IN PARTING OUT

I WILL ADD MORE PICTURES, like I said I am selling thisbecause I am taking a break from it for a while.

Yes, I know Burt. He is an intelligent person and was an excellent hobbyist. If I recall correctly, he did reef tanks for about ten years. He was a great contributor to this forum.
Would you mind posting pics of the tank to show the extent of the hair algae, to make sure there isn't more we could suggest?
As far as fish, you might do well to think outside the box. I have kept Tangs in many small tanks over the years. One currently running tank is only 14 gallons, measuring only 4.5" deep (front to back) and another is a 30 gal breeder Both are presently housing Yellow Tangs, for their beauty and to control nuisance algae. Pics of the 14 gal tank are posted in several threads here on the forum, even as recent as 2 weeks ago: http://utahreefs.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=82971
Regarding the dead rock, I'd like to share a story. A hobbyist came to this forum around the first of this year showing his newly set up nano tank. I could tell from the pic that it was all dead dry rock. He then became offended when I told him the rock was going to cause trouble. His next posts were not flattering to me. From that point on, everyone in the thread got on my case telling me how offensive I am. A Presidency member even started in on me so I shut up and left the forum for a month or so, to lick my wounds and to improve my approach in my writing. What happened 6 months later was interesting. This hobbyist called me to ask some reef aquarium questions. I'm not one to hold a grudge so I answered his questions and at his invitation I drove 56 miles RT to see his tank and offer my opinion and suggestions. He had not been able to resolve 6 months of coral and tank issues, so had begun to use the Poly-Bio-Marine Poly-Filter I had originally suggested. Evidently, it had quickly made a huge difference and consequently his opinion of me became positive.

I'll have to get pics of mine. I struggled to get it happy at first and even thought I lost it at one point. Then it started looking like a porcupine with all the branching it started. Then I was fixing a rock in my scape and caused a rock slide and smashed it. Now it's glued back together and almost looks like it did before the falling rocks but it slowed back down in it's branching do to all the repair it's having to do. At least it's not dead, yet. :)

Yes the dead rock i assume was from another tank. There was a member on here a month or two back getting rid of some tanks and supplies because he was out of the hobby, i got the rock from him. As far as the fish listed above i think my tank is a little small for them at only 20g. The only one i could possibly add would be that lawnmower blenny. I do have some filter pads that ill place where my overflow is to catch any materials coming through. I've got some rowa phos left that has removed phosphates well for me in the past. I will also go and get some more snails and hermits this week and cover the tank for a couple of days of blackout.
