Any suggestions on where I can get a CO2 tank refilled, without doing an exchange?

Norco in SLC can fill if tank isn't expired or drop it off in Ogden and it'll be back in 2 weeks. I think most brew shops will charge a premium because their CO2 are Beverage grade etc.

Most home brew supply stores will also fill a tank if it's not expired.
