anyone see any flaws here... its steel, 1.5 tube   its going in a wall which is why there is a 4" overhang.. a 96x 36x 32 will be sitting on top (glass)

You might want to consider some diagonal bracing in some of the corners as you are placing a lot of strain on the welds at each corner if there is any horizontal strain put on them. This movement could cause a collapse.

Will the 4" overhang be resting directly on the wall framing? If not you may run into issues with the steel flexing and causing the joints of the glass tank failing or the glass cracking.
