Was playing with my microscope tonight and wanted to see if I could take pictures of what I was looking at. These where taken on my phone through the eye piece of my Microscope what do you think?

Nice! Looks like a copepod, algae, and maybe bacteria or phyto.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

If you don't mind, here are some macro images that I find interesting.
This is what I believe may be a Peppermint Shrimp Larvae that I found in one of my tanks. It was about 1/2" long. The spots were much larger and pinker when I first caught it, but it took me too long to set up for the photo. At the time, we had just had a WMAS guest speaker that showed his research in developing shrimp. They are larvae for 3 months. That's a long time, relatively speaking. He described them as "monsters" with large claws that aggressively devour anything they can catch.

The pic was taken with my digital camera set to macro viewing through a Jewelers Loop.

Here's another that needs no identification.

And finally, a Hydroid and some Copepods:

Hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
Aloha,
Mark Hug
