My villimingi tang, the one Bob always said made him hungry because he was so thick and fat and about a foot long, jumped out of the tank, landed behind the tank caught in the wires for the lights and was very very dead when I found him.   We had had him for about 4 or 5 years.  I think we got him at fish4u, but don't remember.  He was like a huge puppy in the water.  you put nori or a head of lettuce he would come eat from your hand.  He was a favorite of everyone since he was so huge and cruised the front of the tank.

Guess I will be buying a new one to grow to replace Blue.  It sucks when anything in your tank dies, but especially sux when it is a fish you have had for years.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's always tough losing a pet like that :(

Oh man, that is rough.  It's tough to be a reefer sometimes.

Sorry for you loss and I feel your pain. We had a big sailfin that was like 6" that was our favorite. As calm and good natured of a fish as you could ask for. We called him gentle Ben because he was huge but never picked on anyone. But we lost him in a marine velvet outbreak. It was a sad day.
