hello I am making a chiller out of a refrigerator if any one have any input on where to get o how to make one please I will appreciated what I need is to make the water cooling chamber

Do a search on Reef Central.  There are are bunch of people with plans there.

fridges arent really designed for that type of load, I'd try the A/C method.
