Thank you everyone for continuing to bump my post as most know most people aren't going to read 7 pages deep and the information I wanted to share is on the first page. As I've mentioned numerous times just letting others know of my experience not expecting anything from AD.

I find it funny how insulting some of you can be. Since you can't undermine the information I've provided because it is true that AD does not offer a guarantee you instead attack the individual and try to undermine him.

We all know their is no guarantee from AD or any other LFS on saltwater creatures. You believe you made a difference but im here to let you know, AD could not have paid for better advertisement than they have received in this thread. Now you go about your day and I wish you all the best at getting a guarantee from an LFS on saltwater.

I'm thrilled that you know this and are willing to accept those risks but as I've said earlier there are a lot more consumers who are not and expect businesses to stand behind their customers.

You didn't read all the signs in their store stating that there's no warranty? I assume you can read considering you're on here. So...you chose to ignore the signs, didn't ask about a warranty before purchase, didn't make sure the fish was healthy, and didn't quarantine it...yet the fish's death and your cost is someone else's problem?
I bet I know where my tax money is going...

I was going to wait a full 48 hours but oh well as to avoid the soon to follow comments from the gallery. I did FIND a LFS and replaced my flame angel. Not only that but the owner sympathized with my situation and my fish DOES have a guarantee. That is customer service. I was going to wait a couple more months but I was so pleased with the service I purchased an ecotech vortech, frag kit, and battery backup as well as a reef link. My new fish is alive and thriving. ..... imagine that. Couldn't be happier. And this ecotech stuff is awesome!
