So I keep getting these bubbles in my tank, like on the sides of the tank and on some corals. I would guess they are oxygen bubbles? Is there something to prevent them? I use RO water that has been in a 50g drum storage with a large power head to circulate the water for my top off water and when I have to mix more salt for a water change.

Sounds like micro-bubbles to me. DO you have any pumps that could be sucking air?

I have a pump but it is hooked to my canister that runs through my overflow.

You may have a small leak or gap in the return line where it's pulling air in like a venturi valve.
