 Topic: forgot password

so i forgot my password. i tried clicking on the forgot password and entered my user name and e-mail. it says new password sent to your e-mail, but i have not received it. i have tried a couple of times and still nothing. can someone let me know who i need to contact to fix the problem. i had to register again to ask this question.
